Lincoln
School was located approximately
4 miles east of Spooner, Wisconsin, on Highway 70. It was a
one
room
schoolhouse and contained grades 1 through 8. Some of the
students
who attended during the years of 1943 through 1949 included the names
of
Paffel,
Meacham,
Ryberg,
McKeever,
Benson,
Mitchel,
Ryder,
Akey,
Pettit,
Johnson,
and Melton.
